Welcome to the Zone! We are an indoor sports training facility that challenges athletes to become their best. Located in Jefferson City, we strive to provide the central Missouri and surrounding communities with a safe and progressive place for athletes to push themselves to the next level and exceed their potential all year around. Our 35,000 sq. ft. facility offers something for every athlete. With 9 batting cages, 2 pitching lanes, basketball/volleyball court, 9,000sq.ft. of turf field, and a multi purpose training room. Your opportunities are limitless.

Wednesday: Closed
Friday: 4pm – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Sunday: 12pm – 6pm

All individual membership packages include access to daily cage reservations, use of pitching machines and hitting tees, use of our Basketball/Volleyball Court and Indoor Turf
MVP: $35 monthly w/ annual agreement
All-Star: $55 monthly w/ 6 month agreement
Elite: $70 for one month
The Assist: $20 for an additional sibling *paired w/ MVP & All-Star packages
*pitching machines, hitting tees, court and turf are first-come-first-serve basis
Team Rates
Cage Only (*1 cage): $30 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes
Turf Only: $45 for 30 minutes, $90 for 60 minutes
Cage & Turf: $60 for 30 minutes, $120 for 60 minutes
