Welcome to the Zone! We are an indoor sports training facility that challenges athletes to become their best. Located in Jefferson City, we strive to provide the central Missouri and surrounding communities with a safe and progressive place for athletes to push themselves to the next level and exceed their potential all year around. Our 35,000 sq. ft. facility offers something for every athlete.
